Patrick Brozena - Employee Spotlight July 2020

Let me introduce our July Employee Spotlight, Patrick Brozena.  What makes Patrick special is, well Patrick himself.  From his bright smile and outgoing personality that is so contagious nobody can resist smiling back or laughing at his antics, to the way he goes out of his way to help everyone he comes into contact with whether they are a customer, colleague, or just another person he met along his way.  Patrick started with Crownstone as a Rental Associate at our Bobcat of Frederick location and worked his way up to running the day to day business at our new Bobcat of Hagerstown location where he is also the salesman.  Patrick is well versed in all aspects of the Bobcat business, working his way through Bobcat University training on the Service side, Management training, as well as Sales.  Now that takes some time and dedication!

And it isn’t as if Patrick has a ton of free time away from the store.  He is a dedicated family man with a lovely wife and two young sons at home that he loves to enjoy spending time with, vacationing in places like Corolla, NC where he took his oldest boy to the beach for the very first time, and it turns out that Patrick is even quite the talented cook!  But all joking aside, and if you know Patrick, you know there is ALWAYS another joke around the corner, if there is one thing he has learned over the years that Patrick could pass along it would be that “You will never be handed anything you can’t handle, & hard work is the best way to prove yourself.”
