Alexa Hinebaugh - Employee Spotlight February 2022

The February 2022 Employee Spotlight is on Alexa Hinebaugh, our Asset Coordinator for each of our branches. Her job responsibilities include keeping track of all the inventory, ordering all machines and attachments, making sure all records are accurate and compliant, and managing the truck fleet under 26,000GVWR. She began her career in the heavy equipment industry with Crownstone Equipment two years ago and has become a core asset to the functions that keep the company running every day.                    

Alexa has many responsibilities in her day-to-day at the office, working out of our newly acquired headquarters in Hanover, PA. When she is not busy at work you may find her crafting or baking! She loves to make custom shirts, signs, and ornaments. This can keep her quite busy outside of work with 20+ aunts/uncles and 30+ cousins! Her favorite memory is the Walt Disney World vacation she took but says anytime with family is always the best time. Alexa’s biggest inspiration is her Mom, whom she credits for teaching her the work ethic she has today. 

Alexa says her favorite part about the job is always learning something new and her co-workers! Since she began her career with us two years ago, she says she has learned the most about construction equipment, but also how hard work and communication makes all the difference. We know Alexa’s work ethic and dedication is something to be recognized, so we are happy to have her as our February employee spotlight. Thank you for everything you do every single day!
