Bob Ranneberger

Bob is one of our longest standing employees, having been with Bobcat of Frederick for 40 years now. We are proud to lean on Bob’s vast experience, which extends beyond his tenure with us back another decade or so in the equipment and automotive industry as a Service Manager and mechanic. Bob is well known for quickly diagnosing down machines & getting them back up and running in no time. These are all reasons why folks are often commenting on his experience and loyalty! When he is not at work, you’ll likely find Bob at a car show or the beach with his wife & family.
Lisa Mummert

Lisa Mummert having been the service office manager and rental coordinator for Bobcat of Adams County was recently promoted to Corporate Warranty Manager. Among a lengthy list of duties, the bulk of her day is spent scheduling service appointments for customers and contracting equipment rentals. She serves as warranty administrator for our three Bobcat locations in York, Adams County, and Frederick, MD. Lisa has worked for McGrew Enterprises since September 2018. Her past service manager experience, system knowledge and quick learning make her a valuable player in this industry. She is a self-proclaimed cardio junkie and loves running, biking and kayaking, any outdoor activity & spending time with her family. Her future goal is to spend more time traveling.

Brooks Berwager
Service Technician (Adams)
Brooks Berwager is not just another Bobcat Certified Technician working at any old dealership. He is a Bobcat Platinum Certified Technician, working at Crownstone’s Bobcat of Adam County location, and we are very proud to post Brooks in our very first Employee Spotlight in June of 2020. Brooks started working for Bobcat in late 2000, having gained his experience over the course of the past 19-20 years hands on, learning both from others in the industry and by taking courses offered through Bobcat University. It was during this time that he was the 2nd Bobcat technician in the US & Canada to earn Gold Technician status and later earning his Platinum status. When Brooks is not resolving issues for clients and getting their machines up and running in no time again, he enjoys hunting. He likes to spend time at his cabin in northern PA or heading out west doing just that. If he is not hunting, you might just find him out in the garden planting a harvest for his family.

John joined our Bobcat of Adams County location 2 years ago after being in the equipment industry for more the 33 years, and we are extremely grateful to take advantage of his experience. When asked what he does on a day to day basis, John will usually answer with a very humble “I’m more of a behind the scenes guy”, but what he is, is a guy who gets the job done, and done thoroughly whatever that job is he is working on. He is a problem solver and willing to help anyone out. There isn’t anyone that doesn’t enjoy working with John. When not working, he enjoys spending his time with family or playing league volleyball.

Kolbey Stewart start here at Crownstone Equipment as a Territory Support Specialist, supporting both of our Maryland locations at Bobcat of Frederick & Bobcat of Hagerstown but quickly make a name for himself and earned his place as a Sales Specialist in just a matter of months based out of the Frederick location solely. He is a 2018 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS Majoring in Agricultural Sciences and a Minor in Leadership Development. Kolbey has 3 years’ experience, primarily in direct farm work. That farm work must have taken hold as Kolbey enjoys working in his greenhouse and garden in his free time, as well as taking his pup, Moose, out for a swim in the creek, or a little woodworking.

John Smith has been one of our Service Technicians for seven years now, bringing more than 15 years of experience with him beyond that, with a strong background in custom farming and welding. Our customers are extremely grateful to learn from John on how to use the machines instrumentation and electronics properly and appreciate how quickly he is to respond to their needs. John is also quite the family man, hunter, and fisherman!

Zack Toth has been working for Bobcat since April 2020. Since completing his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University, he has been working in the equipment and automotive industry for 2 years. His skills in parts acquisition, and service solutions give him a great work ethic and positive attitude on a daily basis. His greatest accomplishment is his college graduation. When he is not working you can find him boating, fishing, camping, and watching his favorite college football.

Joe is one our long time Service Technicians, having been with our Bobcat of Lancaster branch for 16 years now, but we’re proud to say he brings 37 years of valuable experience with him. This experience comes from working on everything from farm equipment to heavy duty truck repair and gives Joe a unique perspective when trying to resolve issues for our clients. When not in the shop Joe enjoys fishing and hunting.

Shaun has been with our Bobcat of Lancaster location for 2 years now and has an additional 5 years of experience in the industry. He carries with him Bobcat Bronze Level Technician Certification, Stihl’s Silver Certification, and other small engine certifications. Prior to coming to Bobcat, Shaun worked as a small engine mechanic, which helped him build his skills. He is now able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machines for clients more quickly and often receives very positive feedback on his work. In his free time, Shaun likes being outdoors, working on household projects, or playing board games and enjoying a good movie.

Cory Harris has been a Service Technician at Bobcat of Lancaster since late 2016, however he brings and additional 7+ years of experience in the equipment and automotive industry with him. Prior to joining Crownstone Equipment Cory worked on everything from cars, to paving & quarry equipment to generators & aerial lifts. Today his days often find him resolving a variety of issues for customers from mechanical to electrical or even hydraulic. When he isn’t on site problem solving, Cory might be found out camping where he can also hunt & fish, or maybe just out for a nice horseback ride.

Malcolm Diem is a former auto technician of 46 years who came to work with Bobcat almost 7 years ago and we could not be more pleased. He is best known here for his professionalism in delivery and picking up of machines for clients and is often compliments on his positive attituded. Malcolm is most proud of all in being a Godly man, husband & father. When not on the job you might find him riding motorcycles with the Christian Motorcycle Association.

Harmony Hertzog plays a vital role at our Bobcat of Lancaster location, where she has been working now for going on 3 years. As our Service Coordinator, Harmony is the first line in getting our customers’ machines in the shop and properly diagnosed, repaired and back in their hands as quickly as possible. She will tell you, locating and identifying your serial number is a vital primary step. A positive outlook & attitude are a requirement of this position.
Tyler Dubbs

Tyler Dubbs joined our Bobcat of York team in 2017 as one of our Service Technicians. He brought with him a solid 8 years of experience in the industry along with his training at York County School of Technology where he acquired his MACS Air Conditioning License. Prior to joining the Crownstone Equipment family, Tyler worked as a road mechanic for various construction companies. His specialty is fixing problems related to electrical and hydraulic issues and is most often complimented on his tireless work ethic and pride in his work. Speaking of that pride in his work, Tyler sees his position here as a great accomplishment and is grateful to be working with such incredible people and for the assistance in furthering his education provided by Greg. When not at work or trying to improve on his knowledge and work skills, Tyler enjoys hunting, fishing/surf fishing, driving out onto the beach, working on his 1971 F250 Highboy, and simply living life to the fullest!
Jay Little

Jay Little is one of our Bobcat Certified Technicians at our York location since late 2019, with an additional 15 years’ additional experience in the industry, but more importantly Jay served very proudly 6 years active duty as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, including 3 tours of duty. And we thank him greatly for his service. At Bobcat of York Jay is well known for setting up new machines for sale to customers, as well as maintaining our rental feet on site, but he is usually complimented most on his sidekick, best companion & service dog, Cooper on how handsome he is. Seems he gets most of the attention these days. Jay served in combat operations in Afghanistan, deployed to more than 20 countries conducting operations and training events, earned his Eagle, Globe and Anchor and Marine titles, but it is the title of “Dad” that he calls his greatest accomplishment in life. When not working you might find Jay shooting guns with friends, building rifles, making Kydex holsters for pistols and just about any outside time or at home with his wife and son.

Tim works here at our Bobcat of York location, having been with us now for 10 years. He brings with him 2 decades of experience however, having previously been self-employed as an equipment mechanic and welder. Tim takes great pride in his work including making sure his customers are properly trained in the use of the machines they purchase or rent. He also takes great pride in his family, particularly his grandchildren. When not at the shop, he’ll likely be found at home building and/or maintaining his fishponds.

Kaleh Macnamara is much more than simply a Trucking Coordinator. Having been with us for more than 7 years now, Kaleh was brought on board by Greg initially as our Receptionist for McGrew Equipment, but was quickly promoted first to Auction Administrator, then quickly took on more responsibilities such as Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables, then promoted yet again to our Logistics Coordinator. Kaleh is responsible for and a master at keeping track of a lot of moving parts at any given time! A recent newlywed, Kaleh once spent her free time dedicated to volunteering with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Organization, now spends as much of her free time as she can with her new husband & raising her son.
