Jim Hankey
Sales Specialist(Adams & York)
Jim Hankey joined our team in the past year at Bobcat of Adams County, but has more than 7 year’s experience working in the industry, especially with our good friends in area of farming and agriculture. Jim previously worked for an agricultural company in sales & design. He has a unique gift in helping to develop solutions to assist customers in becoming more profitable. He is often complimented on his genuine friendliness. Jim’s greatest accomplishment was in designing & implementing a 300,000-grain storage & drying facility. When he’s not working, Jim enjoys traveling and volunteering at church.

Tony Battaglia
Inside Sales Specialist (Adams)
Tony Battaglia has been our Inside Sales Specialist since April of 2019 at our Bobcat of Adams County location. Since joining us he has accomplished his Bobcat Diamond Sales Certification. He has been in the equipment industry for over 25 years now. Prior to joining our team, you could find him running a used equipment business with his Father. The best part of Tony’s day is finding the perfect equipment to make clients more efficient and reduce their overall operating costs on the jobsite. He follows-through from start to finish in the sales process in ensuring the customer gets what they need when they need it. His greatest accomplishment in life are his children. When he is not working you can find him coaching his children’s sports teams, being a spectator at their games, fishing, crabbing, and playing video games.

Ryan Whitmiller
Sales Specialist (Frederick)

Patrick Brozena
Sales Specialist (Hagerstown)
Patrick Brozena had been with us here at Bobcat of Frederick for 4 years prior to transitioning to managing the day to day business at Hagerstown, as well as handling much of the sales there. Prior to coming to us, Patrick had more than 7 additional years’ experience working for an equipment rental company. With Patrick’s proven history of quality customer care, ensuring they have the proper machines for the job and that their machines are maintained and/or repaired in a timely manner, always with a positive attitude, it’s no wonder our customers ask for him by name. Patrick not only takes such pride in his work, but in family as well, and being a father is his top and most proud priority.

Kris Egolf
Sales Specialist(Lancaster)
Kris Egolf has been with Bobcat of Lancaster for more than 8 years now and joined Crownstone Equipment with the acquisition of the Lancaster store in early 2020. Prior to coming into heavy equipment sales industry, Kris was the Operations Manager in the Food industry. He is very apt at explaining the proper specs for the right machines for the job and customers are very happy with his quick response time. However, Kris would tell you that his greatest accomplishment in life is his family. When he isn’t working you will surely find him spending his time with them, often at their cabin or on a fly-fishing trip or even out four wheeling.

Zach Hagee
Sales Specialist (Lancaster)
Zach Hagee has been a Bobcat salesman for the past 2 years, however he was a Service Technician for an additional 6 months prior to that. With that said, Zach brings an additional 10 years’ experience in the heavy equipment & automotive industry prior to that. He started as a quarry mechanic and worked his way up to Fleet Mechanic, Manager for an Excavating Contractor, to the Sales Specialist today that gets answers for customers in a timely/integral manner. Zach studied heavy diesel & performance powertrains at Wyotech Technical College, graduating in 2010 and recently attained his CDL. Zach enjoys spending his free time with his beautiful toddler, Valerie and their 2 dogs, going to the playground and cooking dinners on the open fire. (Mostly because it tends to lead to marshmallows or smores for dessert!) He also likes tinkering in his home garage on various auto-type projects & cutting/splitting firewood.

Vern Murphy
Inside Sales Specialist (Lancaster)
Vernon Murphy has been our Sales Specialist and Rental Coordinator at Crownstone Equipment since April 2015. He has been in the equipment / automotive industry for a little over 5 years now, specializing in Bobcat Skid Steers, Track Loaders, Mini Excavators and all attachments. Vern excels at getting customers the correct machines and attachments when they need them. His friendliness and willing to help others come across on customers whom value his time and solutions. Vern also founded and is the Executive Director of ONERUNTOGETHER Inc., a non-profit organization that hosts races and other fundraising events to raise money for local cancer patients in Berks and Chester Counties. Their goal is to help patients & their families financially with medical bills and living expenses, as well as support them spiritually with prayer and a Bible. This is Vern’s greatest accomplishment, being able to help cancer patients during difficult times. When he is not working and with his charity group, he enjoys running and playing sports and spending his time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Andrew Funk
Customer Support Specialist (Lancaster)
Andrew recently came to Crownstone Equipment as one of our Parts/Delivery Drivers working with both our Lancaster and York locations. Although his background isn’t in the automotive & equipment industry, however his background in sales will lend itself well to getting off to a great start. Andrew is also known for being easy to get along with, being upbeat, happy and always willing to lend a helping hand, which is key to customer satisfaction. He is proud of have is bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and that nice Harley motorcycle in the driveway, which is where you will likely find him on the weekends on some curvy back road. If not there, he may be honing his photography skills or working with his model trains.

Chris Chamberlain has been with our Bobcat of York team for 3 years now, bringing 6 years of experience with him. Chris had become familiar with equipment even before that, while working in the Landscaping industry. He consistently serves his clients well by supplying just the right quality compact equipment solutions to solve the problems of the construction industry. His tenacity is what clients like most about him. When he’s not working, Chris is proud to be spending his time with his family and playing in his Jeep!

Joe Ginnetti
Sales Specialist (York)
Joe Ginnetti is our Inside Salesman at Bobcat of York and has been with us for about 2 years now. We are proud to take advantage of his 21 years of automotive & equipment industry experience. Joe specializes in helping client to the just the right piece of equipment for the right job, often pulling from our used inventory to save our customers on cost. Joe’s sense of humor and quality customer service keeps his clientele consistently coming back. Joe is also an accomplished musician, having toured for more than 25 years and still plays on occasion.

Jake Tregoning
Parts & Rental Associate (Frederick)
Jake started with Crownstone in late 2019 at our Bobcat of Frederick location, however in this very short amount of time he has already earned his Silver Certification in Bobcat Parts Training. Prior to joining our team, Jake spent an additional 5 years in the automotive parts industry. Most recently as an Automotive Parts Salesman. While Jake claims not to be a problem solver, and sees himself simply as the guy who provides customers with the parts they need and rental machines to get the job they need done, his organizational & computer skills are invaluable to our team. Outside of work Jake’s passions lie in his music and cars, as he is a big fan of classic cars & trucks, hot rods and drag racing. He is currently restoring his 1981 Chevy C10 to be his weekend cruiser. He is also a part time DJ of 10+ years and counting.

Ken Carpenter
Parts Associate (Frederick)
Ken Carpenter recently has been with us here at Bobcat for more than 10 years now in our parts department and is well known for helping customers find the right machines for the job they need to get done, as well as find parts quickly all with a courteous smile to go along with it. Prior to coming to Bobcat, Ken worked as a parts manager and purchaser at a roofing and shingle factory. While Ken is both dedicated to his work and supporting his family, in his down time he enjoys going to Tractor show and pulls.

Jerry Offenbaker
Parts Associate (Lancaster)
Jerry Offenbaker is one of our long-time employees with Bobcat of Lancaster, having been with that location since 2006, but he has yet another 16+ years of experience in the equipment/automotive industry that only helps to benefit our clientele. Jerry’s vast experience lends well to helping to resolve many issues from parts problems to machine issues, to helping clients choose the right Stihl products to their garage line-up. With all this under his belt, it is his 27-year marriage makes the #1 spot for top achievements in Jerry’s life! And when he isn’t working or tending to that top achievement, he is off for a nice cruise on his Harley, a trip to the mountains or maybe just out hunting for the weekend.

Darren Reynolds
Parts Associate(Lancaster)
Darren Reynolds is our Inside Parts & Rentals Associate here at Bobcat of Lancaster where he has been working for going on 13 years now, yet he brings with him another 20+ years of automotive and equipment experience beyond that. It’s interesting to know that his previous career was in banking, which lends well to helping our customers today. Darren would tell you that his greatest achievement, however, is his son, and that’s no joke! Although his sense of humor is what he is quite notorious for. When he’s not working hard in the store or making folks laugh, you will probably find Darren up in the mountains, out at a Penn State football game or practicing his photography skills.

Thomas Leader
Parts & Rental Associate(York)
Tom has been working here at Crownstone Equipment since August of 2019, and in less than 10 months has already achieved his Gold Status Level Parts Specialist Certification with Bobcat. That is quite an impressive feat. Prior to coming to Crownstone Tom had spent 18months in the automotive service writing industry. With many additional years in direct consumer facing industries, and customer service/manage positions, it is no wonder our customers love & appreciate his outgoing personality and positive can-do attitude. Tom has a very strong faith helped his Youth Group program for more than 10 years as well as ran the Youth Center for 2 years. When he is not working, you will likely find him spending time with his wife & best friend enjoying a campfire with friends, out fishing, going to the dirt track races or a nice relaxing round of golf.

Alexa Hinebaugh
Asset Coordinator
Alexa came to Crownstone Equipment as one of our Sales Administrators who are most invaluable to our entire team by tracking equipment, orders, loading, reporting on all equipment coming and going, and processing every sale that happens at each one of our locations. This is no small feat. Before joining us, Alexa worked in banking for 5 years at ACNB Bank working her way up to teller supervisor. During her tenure at the bank, Alexa also worked as a volunteer field hockey coach at Delone Catholic School from 2017-2018. As a recent newlywed, she and her husband enjoy spending family time with their two Siberian Huskies, going on walks, sharing time with other family, having cookouts, & other outdoor activities, perhaps even an occasional adventure in axe throwing!

Dan Livengood
Internet Marketing Specialist
Dan has been our Internet Marketing Specialist here at Bobcat for going on 3 years now, but his experience in the automotive and equipment industry goes back more than 5 years. Dan also has experience in security. He has a strong knack for helping our customers understanding the process of online purchases, term & conditions, providing quotes and explanations for LTL freight shipments. He is often complimented on how thorough he is, along with his photography skills. Dan takes pride in his family & friends, and the importance of maintaining those relationships. You will often find him enjoying his free time outdoors with them kayaking or making music

Ellinore Mummert is our Graphic Design & Marketing Associate as of December 2019. She is a graduate from Millersville University with a BA in graphic design. With over 6 years of experience working professionally in a Graphic Design & Sales environment, she has worked for cooperate companies in the past but always dreamt of finding a family oriented business like Crownstone Equipment. When she is not working you can find her spending time with her loving husband, two young boys, and Smokey their Black Labrador Retriever.

Receptionist
Juli Anderson has been with Crownstone Equipment since November of 2019. She our receptionist for both the York and Adams County Locations. In addition, she provides administrative support and helps to maintain supply levels for all our locations. Before coming to Crownstone Equipment, Juli gained experience in a variety of roles within the Customer Service industry, including Medical, retail, and food service, which had the most impact on her. Juli is very passionate about helping people and creating a pleasant experience for our customers! She graduated from South Western High School in 2012 and is now married with two golden retrievers. She also had a pet bearded dragon who recently passed, taking a piece of her heart with him. Juli’s hobbies include singing, reading, playing with her dogs, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Our first Sales Administrator, Reghan came to Crownstone Equipment in July of 2019, with an associate degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Her role here is most valuable to our entire team in tracking equipment, orders, loading, reporting on all equipment coming & going, and processing every sale that happens at each one of our locations. An extraordinary task for sure. Prior to her tenure with us, Reghan had worked as a loan officer, an Insurance agent for State Farm, as well as serving in a group home to aid individuals with severe disabilities. She also volunteered to assist with individuals with disabilities to train at the YMCA for the Special Olympics. When not working or giving her time to others, Reghan relaxes with her husband and Doberman, Khaleesi, whom she absolutely adores.
