Dental Insurance: Employees are eligible to enroll in a dental plan from Principal for both themselves and their families.
Vision Insurance: Employees have the option to purchase vision benefits from EyeMed Vision for both themselves and their families.
Life Insurance: Employees can enroll in life covered at the employee's expense.
Voluntary Insurance Plans: Employees have the option to purchase additional coverage at Colonial Life.
Short-Term Disability: Short-term disability is provided for full-time employees.

Holidays: Crownstone observes 6 paid holidays each year:

- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Personal Time Off & Sick Time: Full-time employees are also eligible for personal time off and paid sick days.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
401(k): Employees have the option to participate in the company’s 401(k) through Voya. In addition to their own contributions, the company will match your contribution of up to 4%.
Direct Deposits: Employees enjoy the convenience of having their paychecks direct deposited into their bank account.
Boot Reimbursements: To ensure that all Crownstone employees are safe and using OSHA-approved safety boots when required, Crownstone Equipment offers an allowance for the purchasing of safety footwear.
